Sara Michelle Bickweat was born and raised in Honeoye Falls, NY, a small town just south of Rochester. She attended Webster Conservatory of Performing Arts and Adelphi U and The New School For Drama completing her BFA in Musical Theatre and an MFA in acting. After graduation, Sara quickly started working in various regional theaters around the country as well as off-Broadway in plays and developing new works in NYC. A trained singer, actor, and dancer, she has appeared in shows such as "Man of La Mancha" and “SCROOGE” starring Broadway favorite Martin Van Treuren and directed by Broadway Director Norb Joerder. . Her other New York credits include The Secret Garden (Dir. Norb Joerder); Vile Affections (Dixon Place); Heart In the Ground, Metamorphoses (Westbeth Theater), Standing In Rain (Chernuchin Theater) She has worked with The Actors Studio, TIC Theater Company, Manhattan Theater Source and many others.
